Theory of a Deadman
If you've listened to rock for any stretch of the last two decades, you already know Theory of a Deadman. The Canadian quartet — Tyler Connolly, Dean Back, Dave Brenner, and Joe Dandeneau — have built one of the most unapologetic catalogs in modern rock, racking up twelve songs in the Top 10 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Chart, including four number ones: "Bad Girlfriend," "Lowlife," "History Of Violence," and "Rx (Medicate).", earned them a nomination for Rock Song of the Year.
They arrive this summer with new music in hand. Their latest release, Funeral Songs, Vol. 1, is the first of two planned EPs, and it's exactly what you'd expect — anthemic, riff-driven, and undeniably rock and roll, with new tracks "Barricade" and "Winnebago (Lay Low)" already turning heads.
Sevendust
Thirty years in, Sevendust show absolutely no signs of slowing down — and their fanbase, known as the 7D Army, wouldn't have it any other way. The Atlanta quintet — Lajon Witherspoon, Clint Lowery, John Connolly, Vince Hornsby, and Morgan Rose — has quietly built one of rock's most durable legacies, with nearly eight million albums sold, a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance, and the fierce loyalty of listeners around the world.
