Breast Cancer Benefit This Saturday

It's unfortunate that in this day in age, in this time of incredible science and discovery, that cancer is still a thing. But luckily for us, we live in a part of the world were we have some of the most giving and generous people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

The ladies that I have been working with to organize this benefit, only began this journey in early to mid-November. And since then, the donations have been pouring in, that says a lot for both the kindness of the local community and about the kind of person that Mary is.

The benefit is this Saturday at Mr. D's from 4-8, Chris Allen from Kool 101.7 will be there as the MC. There are tons of silent auction items and baskets, local vendors will be there, (a portion of their sales will go toward Mary's medical bills) and there will be games for raffle tickets to win prizes. It's just a $10.00 donation at the door for a delicious spaghetti dinner with meatballs. All of the money proceeds will go toward Mary's medical bills.

I wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to all of the vendors and local businesses that have donated items and food for this benefit. Along with that, a big THANK YOU to the women that put in a ton of work organizing this, you are incredible!

And to Mary, for being an inspiration and an amazing fighter! We love you!
