Carlton County DAV Cookout Fundraiser Supports Veterans

Carlton County DAV Chapter 18 is having a cookout in Cloquet to raise money for disabled veterans.

On Friday, May 8th, from 10:00AM-6:00PM you can enjoy burgers or brats.  The Stand will be set-up in the Premier Theater parking lot and social distancing will be in place for the event.  They even have drive-up options and if you are ordering 3 or more meals, they will deliver.  For delivery, you can call DAV Commander Stan Heuer at 218-390-8483.  Payment options are cash, and they are now able to process VISA transactions too.

This is a good opportunity to get out of the house for a little bit, get some fresh air, and help out those who made sacrifices to serve our country.  Proceeds stay local which is always a good thing too.
