Cloquet Hosting Blended Lifeguard Certification Course

If you'd love a summer job that puts you close to water and in a position to help others, then sign up today for the American Red Cross Blended Lifeguard Certification Course in Cloquet.

Cloquet Community Education & Recreation announced that the course, which is instructed by Kayla Cotner, begins March 3rd at the Cloquet Middle School, located at 2001 Washington Avenue.

Here's the course schedule:

• Tuesday, March 3: 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, March 7: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday, March 12: 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
• Saturdays, March 14: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Blended learning means there will be a combination of online learning and in-person skills sessions where you will practice skills and demonstrate competency.
