Duluth Parks Seeking Your Input to Name the Newest Dog Park

Last August, Duluth's newest and largest 3 acre dog park opened for four-legged friends across the Northland.  While many families have enjoyed the park, one thing is missing: a name.  

Duluth Parks Commission and Recreation looking for your input to help name the newest dog park, located in east Duluth.

The other two dog parks, Keene Creek and Observation, are both named in reference to the location of the park. This new park is located near the Jean Duluth soccer fields and Riley Road.

Jean Duluth Dog Park was submitted as a name for the park on September 14, but rather than take a vote, the Parks Commission decided to seek broader public input.
