Glensheen Mansion always has super fun events all year long and every Wednesday in March you can enjoy the grounds outside with Fire and Ice. The event is FREE from 5:00-8:30pm giving you the chance to explore the beautiful grounds in the winter.

The event is is great for adults and families. Feel free to walk, hike or plant a chair around the fire. They also have snowshoes of all sizes even for kids. With 12 acres to explore you and your friends and family can enjoy the warmer weather of March while still enjoying being outside. Guests are also welcome to bring their own snowshoes and the grounds are ideal because it mostly a flat surface.

All guests are required to wear masks at all times per Glensheen's continued health and safety measures. Being the event is outside social distancing is still advised and the staff ask that one family at a time gather around the fires at a time.

Plus food and beverages will be available for sale as well. You can indulge in a delicious walking taco which consists of a bag of chips with ground beef or black beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and Little Angie’s fresh salsa are available for $5.  And you can quench your thirst with beer or wine or indulge yourself at the Craft Cocktail Hot Chocolate Bar. Non-alcoholic hot chocolate is also available for sale.

There is no available ATM on site, but cash and credit cards are accepted . Also Glensheen just announced that they are back open for tours inside the mansion 7 days a week. With the warmer temperatures setting in this week now is a great time to get outside and enjoy what is left of Winter as Spring slowly tries to creep it's way in.
