Gordy's Hi-Hat will open this month like originally planned but they are making a few special tweaks to comply with everything going on with COVID-19.

In a Facebook post Thursday (April 2nd), the Northland favorite announced they will open for the season on Wednesday, April 8th. Things will run a bit differently than usual for the time being due to COVID-19 concerns.

You can feast at Gordy's Hi-Hat any of the following ways:

  • You can park at the restaurant and go inside to oder. You can't sit and eat in store and you must remain six feet away from any other customers and staff.
  • Use the classic carhop service. Pull up, someone will take your order and bring it out to you when your food is ready.
  • Call the store and place an order over the phone. They will meet you in the lot when you arrive.

Gordy's Hi-Hat was originally scheduled to open shop for the season at the end of March but had to postpone due to the pandemic. At the time, they did not announce when they would reopen again so this is music to our ears!

Gordy's Hi-Hat always closes for the winter season and reopens again in early spring. As mentioned, they had an opening date and had to postpone it so this is more of a reopening reopening date. Ha!
