I love a good steak. They are worth every penny if prepared right. My personal favorite cut of steak is the porterhouse. Filet Mignon is good too, and who can pass up a juicy rib eye. I did some research and did my best to find the most expensive steak dinners in the Twin Ports.

  • $23.49 - Outback Steak House Victoria Filet

  • $35 Silos Restaurant Center Cut Tenderloin

  • $36 The Boat Club Restaurant Filet Mignon

  • $36.95 Hammond Filet Mignon

  • $39 Blackwoods Rib Eye Steak

  • $47 JJ Astor Rib Eye

So the winner is JJ Astor, BUT... you have to also consider the sizes involved. If you wanted the most expensive steak per ounce, then it would go to the boat club as that is $36 for an 8 ounce filet Mignon. JJ Astor's Rib Eye is 16 ounce, so it's always good to do the math. Who's hungry?
