A big bonding experience with my dad growing up was to go see a movie in the theatre every weekend. The building also houses four 1 bed, 1 bath apartments, a space currently rented out to a hair stylist (Maria's Hair Salon), and an unfinished spaced currently used as storage. The building was erected in 1937.
