New Mediterranean-Inspired Restaurant Opening In Duluth
Another restaurant is about to call Duluth home and this one comes with a bit of a twist! A new Mediterranean restaurant will be opening later this year, offering something different to the scene.
Welcome Alto Pino!
The new restaurant is called Alto Pino and they will be located in the former Blue Rock Grill location in downtown Duluth.
That spot took over the 7 West Taphouse location late last year and has since shut its doors. Now, Alto Pino will call it home, located at 7 West Superior Street.
What's On Tap
This new restaurant will serve Mediterranean cuisine from all over the world. According to the restaurant website, these meals will be inspired by cuisine in Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Morocco, Turkey and Tunisia.

There have been a few sneak peaks at the menu over the past few months on social media, including a spinach and feta borek with confit tomato jam.
The website also states that the restaurant plans on using organic and ethically and sustainably farmed ingredients.
When Is It Opening?
As of now, there is not an exact opening date but the plan is to open at some point later this year! I'm already drooling.
