An East-Central Minnesota bar recently had a patron win an unbelievably big jackpot! The winner took home more than $80,000, which is the second large jackpot won in the Central Minnesota area in the last three weeks. Could we see another big winner soon?

BINGO was the game being played that hauled in the winner!

It was an e-bingo game being played in East Central Minnesota that brought in the big prize. The winning machine was being played at the Cricket Bar in Rock Creek, located not far from Pine City. The e-game company posted the big win on social media.

The game that gave up the goods was 'Booty Chaser' Bingo, a linked bingo game that is played across the state, meaning the jackpot can climb and climb until a lucky player claims it.

How much was won?

The winner will be getting a pretty nice check in the mail once the win has been confirmed by the e-gaming company. The total won by the winner eclipsed $80,000. Total winnings of the bingo game were $82,944.50, and of course, that number will be taxed and then paid out.

Second Big Winner In The Last 3 Weeks

Just a few weeks ago, a bar in Rogers had a big winner come up while another patron was e-gaming! That winner walked away with more than $170,000!

Now with two big winners not far from the Granite City taking home some money, it makes me wonder if we will see more people trying their hand at e-bingo?

Even with changes, e-gambling/gaming is still popular

Even with the changes that were implemented at the beginning of the year, which took away the bonus games on e-tabs and the open-all feature, it seems that e-tabs and e-bingo purchases aren't slowing down. We won't know the overall impact on the charitable gambling fundraiser until the end of the year.
