The Northern Expressions Arts Collective is presenting the 6th Annual Lincoln Park Egg-Splosion event this Saturday, and it promises a lot of family fun.

The Egg-Splosion event is April 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Harrison Park and Community Center, located at 3002 West 3rd Street in Duluth.

You and your family will have the opportunity to learn a variety of unique egg-dyeing techniques such as tie-dyeing, nature eggs, and more.  The eggs will then be launched into the field with a wrist rocket.  Prizes will be awarded for both egg decorating and egg launching.

A light breakfast will be served, and the entire event is free to the community thanks to the generosity of local businesses and organizations who have contributed to make it possible.

This year an Easter basket silent auction will also take place.  Proceeds will go toward scholarships for NEAC’s Creativity in the Kitchen and Pop Up Art Night programs.
