Every year there is a annual celebration to kick off the farmer's market season in the Twin Ports.  It's called the 'Summer Celebration' and it has all kinds of things going on for the whole family.

Local vendors of course will be selling fresh produce, there will be lots of activities for kids, live music with a DJ, flowers, pottery, fresh breads, and also activities with the Duluth Public Library.

The Lincoln Park Farmer's market operates every Thursday from 4PM-7PM starting June 13th, to October 3rd.  The goal of the market is to provide fresh, healthful, and affordable local foods and because of various programs can offer SNAP customers a one-to-one match on their spending up to $15 per day.  Also any kids under 18 can get $4 in tokens to spend on produce.  It's held at the Harrison Community Center at 3002 West 3rd Street in Duluth, MN.  The summer celebration takes place on Friday, June 14th, from 4PM-7PM.
