With the launch of Madden NFL 15 less than a month away, EA Sports is starting to pull back the curtain on the best players in this year's game. We had already seen the best offensive skill players in the past couple of weeks, but today we found who's the best at offensive lineman and every defensive position except for the safeties. Let the debates begin!

First we have the best on the offensive line, which shakes out like this:

Next we have the top defensive ends:

Robert Quinn, St. Louis Rams, 97 overall
Cameron Wake, Miami Dolphins, 96 overall
Calais Campbell, Arizona Cardinals, 96 overall

Muhammad Wilkerson, New York Jets, 93 overall

We move on to the other half of the defensive line, the tackles:

Coming out of the trenches, next is the middle linebacker position:

Patrick Willis, San Francisco 49ers, 96 overall
Navarro Bowman, San Francisco 49ers, 96 overall
Luke Kuechly, Carolina Panthers, 94 overall
Derrick Johnson, Kansas City Chiefs, 91 overall
Jerod Mayo, New England Patriots, 91 overall

From the middle we move to the outside linebackers:

Von Miller, Denver Broncos, 96 overall
Aldon Smith, San Francisco 49ers, 96 overall
Justin Houston, Kansas City Chiefs, 93 overall
Lavonte David, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 93 overall
Robert Mathis, Indianapolis Colts, 93 overall

Finally we move to the secondary with the cornerbacks:

Richard Sherman, Seattle Seahawks, 99 overall
Darelle Revis, New England Patriots, 97 overall
Joe Haden, Cleveland Browns, 95 overall
Patrick Peterson, Arizona Cardinals, 93 overall
Vontae Davis, Indianapolis Colts, 92 overall

It's no surprise that Richard Sherman is the top-rated cornerback, since he's on the cover of the game and all, but we're really concerned that the San Francisco 49ers have three of the top-rated linebackers in all of football. Think about that: three of the four positions in the middle of their defensive rates a 96 or higher. Good luck with the short pass game, whoever plays against the Niners.

Do you agree with these ratings? Who would you move around? We'll find out just how good these players are when Madden NFL 15 hits shelves on Aug. 26 for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
