Great news: another haunted attraction in the Northland has announced their return this Halloween season!

Popular haunt Massacre On Hammond will be returning for Halloween weekend with new COVID-19 policies in place this year.

The haunted attraction will take place on the following days: Thursday, October 29th, Friday the 30th and Saturday the 31st. The haunt will take place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. every night. There will be a "no scare" at the location for those that don't dare attend the haunted attraction with ghosts and ghouls on Halloween day. The non-scare will take place on Halloween day from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. It should be noted that kids under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Admission to the haunted attraction is completely free! However, donations are welcome and will be given to a local cause.

As with most other haunted attractions taking place this year, there will be safety guidelines in place amid COVID-19. Face masks are required to attend the event. There will also be hand sanitizer at the start of the haunt and at the end.

The event is located at 1701 Hammond Avenue. It is described as a "home haunt" and based on reviews, it is pretty scary! You can get more event details here.

Haunted attractions are getting creative with the times we are in. For example, one haunted attraction a few hours from Duluth is hosting a drive-thru haunted house, where you stay in your car and get spooked that way.
