Maya Moore and The Lynx End The Mercury’s 16-Game Winning Streak [PHOTOS]

Maya Moore scored 20 points in the Lynx 75-67 victory Thursday night, ending the Mercury's 16-game win streak. 

Seimone Augustus added 19 points for Minnesota who have now won eighth straight.

Brittney Griner scored 18 points and Diana Taurasi finished with 10 points for the Phoenix Mercury. The 16 wins in a row is the 2nd highest streak of wins in a row in WNBA history trailing only Los Angeles' 18-game run in 2001.

This game was probably an early preview of a match up between these two teams is going to look like in three weeks.
