Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is Expected to Lift Stay at Home Order

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is addressing the state tonight at 6 PM and details of what he will say are starting to come out.

According to WCCO reporter Blois Olson, Walz will lift the Stay at Home order starting on May 18th. He will also allow businesses to reopen and small gatherings under the following guidelines:

Retail will be allowed to open at 50% capacity
Churches will be allowed to open at 50% capacity
All social gathering should be limited to 10 or fewer people
Fitness, Salons, and Restaurants will be allowed to reopen on June 1st with guidance from the state which will come next week.

Tom Hauser from KSTP TV is saying that churches will not be addressed tonight from Walz, and that will come in the next phase of openings.
