The Minnesota Wild Plan a Stop in Duluth on Their Road Tour
Minnesota Wild fans, get ready to greet your favorite team when they make a planned stop in Duluth on their 2022 Road Tour.
Starting August 8th, the Wild will start a tour to visit four Minnesota communities, Rochester, Mankato, St. Cloud, and finally a stop in Duluth on Thursday, August 11th.
The Minnesota Wild Road Tour will include lots of funny activities for fans including an inflatable street hockey rink, interactive games, a video game area featuring EA Sports NHL 22, an inflatable shooting activation with an electronic hockey net, yard games like cornholes, digital photo booth, music, food, and beverages.
The Wild's mascot Nordy will also be making an appearance at the event which is free and open to the public from 6 PM - 9 PM at the DECC, look for the Road Trip to be set up behind the DECC on Harbor Drive.
The Wild last made a stop in Duluth last year when they did an open practice that was open to the public on October 12th. Before that, the Wild was in Duluth in 2015.
The Minnesota Wild are building hype for what hopes to be a big season for the team which will kick off its 2022-2023 season at the Xcel Energy Center on Thursday, October 13th versus the New York Rangers, this will mark only the 10th time in franchise history that the Wild will start the season at home. The Wild will hit the road for their first road game in Boston on October 22nd.
