I'm a huge fan of Slash, in fact I don't know that I've really heard anyone I know say that they don't like him and his music.  I of course am a GNR fan and have seen Slash on his "Slash's Snakepit" tours, several times with Velvet Revolver, and a couple of times with Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators.  Every time, it's a great show.  It's just no nonsense rock and roll with Slash and I dig that.

Slash will release another album in September, again with Myles Kennedy and I can't wait.  Leading up to it's release one single has already been let out of the bag, titled "Driving Rain".

It's a decent rock jam and it's pretty on par with what I expect most of the album to be like.  This song is yet more proof that rock and roll is not dead.  It's the kind of music we need to keep rock alive.  Hopefully we get more of a taste of the vocal range of Myles Kennedy as on previous albums too. The new album "Living the Dream" is due out on September 21st.

What do you think of the new song from Slash and Myles?
