UNDATED (AP) — The scheduled re-start to the NHL season after the Olympic break is tonight with four games. Last night Buffalo played host to Carolina in a make-up game from an earlier season snow-out.

In tonight's games the same Buffalo Sabres are home once again, this time to the Boston Bruins. Boston holds a seven-point lead over Tampa Bay in the Atlantic Division.

St. Louis starts the second-half of the season tied with Chicago for first in the Central Division. This evening the Blues are skating at Vancouver.

The final two games of the night feature the Red Wings at Montreal and Colorado at home to the Kings.

And as hockey fans get ready for more of the world's best hockey, keep in mind there may not be any more Olympic breaks. Several of the league owners remain unsatisfied with a system that leaves arenas unused for several weeks and puts premier players on the ice, risking injury.
