The Minnesota Department of Health has issued a 'No Water Contact' advisory for the Sky Harbor Parking Lot Beach on Park Point in Duluth following a water sampling on June 10 that showed high E. coli levels at the beach.

Reporting website mnbeaches.org, which is a joint effort from the Minnesota Department of Health and UMD's Natural Resources Research Institute, showed levels far higher than acceptable levels in their June 10 test. Other sampling locations on Park Point like at the Beach House, Lafayette Community Club, and MN Point 15th Street Harbor Side all show acceptable levels during their most recent test.
