One of the long-locked linebackers anchoring the Green Bay Packers defense is now without his trademark hair. The dramatic change in hair style launched "Hawk's Locks for Kids", a partnership with A.J. Hawk, his wife, and the Kids For Wigs program; which provides wigs for children who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy treatments.

Hawk tweeted about the cause, asking others to join in the effort and sharing his excitement about helping, saying "No child should have to feel ashamed of themselves due to a disease. We are hoping to raise enough money and hair donations to change many lives!"

A.J. encouraged others to get involved in his series of tweets, suggesting anyone with at least 12 inches of hair to offer get involved. He also mentioned an event for the cause coming up in June.

No reports yet on whether or not A.J. will get fellow linebacker Clay Matthews to join in on the cause.
