Recall: Target Pulls Select Salads And Sandwiches From Shelves
If you've been to Target lately, you will want to make note of this.
Several packaged salads and sandwiches sold at Target stores are being recalled. The items are being recalled due to a listeria scare. The foods are being voluntarily recalled.
Here is a list of items to be aware of:
- Archer Farms egg salad
- Archer Farms deviled egg half sandwich with bacon
- Archer Farms deviled egg sandwich on multigrain
- Freskët egg salad
- Freskët tuna salad
- Freskët Thai lobster salad
According to the FDA, about 1,000 cases of the products had been shipped to various stores. The FDA's site has pictures of the various items with "use by" dates to help you best figure out if your food is impacted.
No one has reported an illness.

There have been many recalls as of late. Last month, a popular pasta sauce was recalled due to possible plastic contamination.
