Rod Stewart and Cyndi Lauper were scheduled to perform this Wednesday, August 15 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, but the show has been rescheduled due to illness.

Rod Stewart is recovering from a case a strep throat, causing his tour to reschedule the August 14 date in Kansas City, MO and Wednesday's show in St. Paul.  The Xcel Energy Center date was rescheduled to to Sunday, October 14 and all tickets will be honored for the new date.  The Kansas City show was reschedule for Tuesday, October 16.

Stewart made the following comment through the Xcel Energy Center press release:

"Gutted that strep throat has left me unable to perform this week in Kansas City and the Twin Cities. Thanks to the fans and promoters for their support and swift rescheduling - I look forward to seeing you in October."
