It probably should come as no surprise, but the St. Louis County Board has made it official:  Their monthly board meetings will go virtual for the time being - in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  The temporary change will start with the April 14 meeting.

The move is the result of the county government looking for ways to increase social distancing and maintain the health and safety of everyone while allowing public access and transparency.  The county's public buildings have already closed their doors, while providing online and telephone access.

The county board meetings will be streamed live on Webex - which allows the opportunity to watch, listen, and speak to members; there'll also be an option to listen to the meeting live via telephone.  Those unable to do either will have a third option: video of the meeting will be posted on the St. Louis County website within 24 hours of the completion.
