St. Louis Cty Tax Forfeited Land Sale Happens February 13

A great deal in a parcel of land could be yours at the upcoming Tax Forfeited Land Sale held by St. Louis County - scheduled for Thursday, February 13 at the AAD Shriners Center in Hermantown. The live auction will commence at 10:00 AM. Approximately 65 properties will be up for grabs to the highest bidder in the sale that helps return otherwise abandoned parcels back to the property tax base.

Available plots are spread across St.Louis County, with eight developed homes up for bid in Duluth, Hibbing, Virginia, Hoyt Lakes, and Angora. There will also be a variety of recreational and buildable lots for sale.

Interested bidders are required to register - with advance registration strongly encouraged.  The online form is available by clicking here.  Registration will also be available on site the morning of the auction. All bidders must be current with property taxes on the property they already own.
