St. Cloud Tech graduate and Sauk Rapids native, Brevyn Spann-Ford has been invited to participate in the NFL scouting combine. The 6'7 268 pound tight end played college football for P.J. Fleck at the University of Minnesota.

Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium there was a mascot vs. youth football players game as part of the Vikings vs. Buccaneers halftime festivities. While that sounds like a cute event for the young football players, Goldy The Gopher was in it to win it.

Turns out whoever takes home the North Star Challenge Cup this weekend will also be the last winner of the tournament.
