A 25-year-old Social Media Influencer bought their first house in Wisconsin, remolded it, and is now selling it for just over $1 million.

Her YouTube page, which is also titled By Sophia Lee has over 110,000 subscribers and has garnered over 7 million views. According to her bio, she is "the decorating, organized, and cleaning obsessed girl behind all of this".
Before Sophia moved into her first apartment, she constantly searched Pinterest and spent hours looking online at her favorite stores trying to think of the best ways to decorate and organize her apartment without spending a fortune.
