Every team around the NFL has had more bad quarterbacks then great ones, even teams like the 49ers and the Cowboys who have had multiple great quarterbacks have gone through long stretches of time without a decent quarterback, but the Minnesota Vikings have gone through long stretches of mediocre quarterbacks until they have a good quarterback. If I gave you five minutes to come up with the five greatest quarterbacks in Vikings history you would immediately say Fran Tarkenton, and most people would say Daunte Culpepper, but after that who? Maybe Warren Moon and Randall Cunningham but that leaves only four who is the fifth? I will tell you that one next week, but this week I am focusing on the three worst Quarterbacks in Vikings history, and the requirements are the quarterback has to have at least start 20 NFL games for the Vikings, and needs more then 1 season that is horrible( sorry fans no Donovan McNabb). Hope you enjoy this.

    Brad Johnson

    Vikings quarterback 92-98 2005-2006

Its hard to put a Super Bowl winning quarterback on this list, but I have to do it. Johnson started his career a Vikings, but in between his stints with us he does indeed wear a Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl Ring which he won in 2002 against another former Viking quarterback Rich Gannon, but lets get back at Johnson who's stats with the Vikings are ugly. Johnson in his years with the Vikings threw 48 interceptions and threw over 20 Touchdowns once in his career with the Vikings. Yet to give Johnson the benefit of the doubt he did play on some bad Vikings teams during his two tenures, but sorry Johnson you are the third worst Viking quarterback ever.

    Brett Favre

    Viking Quarterback 2009-2011

What can you say about Favre that has not already been said? He hurt us for most of his career when he was a Packer, then he caught our attention when helicopters chased him around the Twin Cities, then came the 2009 season and he had the whole state believing this WAS the year, but before any of us could blink it was gone; but then he came back, and got the whole state excited again but when he hit the field Favre looked like 41-year-old quarterback. In two seasons he went from possibly the greatest quarterback in Vikings history to the scape goat in why the Saints have our Super Bowl trophy. It gives me pain in putting him on this list, but then again he broke mine and the whole states heart when he rolled out to the right, threw across his body...I will just stop right there.

    Tarvaris Jackson

    Vikings Quarterback 2006-2011

This one was difficult yet easy at the same time. On one hand I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt, because he was brought into a tough situation. but then when you watch him play it gives you great delight to see him benched. T-Jack was brought to Minnesota to become the Vikings quarterback of the future, but turned out to be the worst Viking quarterback ever. Yet he was in a no win situation. When he first came here, he had no running back, no good wide receiver, so from 2006-2008 just scratch off those years, but after 2008 T-Jack had Adrian Peterson, Sidney Rice and many more weapon, yet he still couldn't fulfill our dreams. After making the play-offs in 2009, Brad Childress who drafted T-Jack and created all this hatred towards T-Jack, drove down to Mississippi, well everyone knows how that turned out. Nearly five years after T-Jack was first introduced to Minnesota both him and the guy who drafted him are not here anymore just shows you how things can change in the NFL, but T-Jack can say this that the Vikings cannot say this season which is "At least my team has won this year".
