Minnesota United have announced that the U.S. Women's National Soccer team will play at Allianz Field as part of the U.S. Women’s National Team Victory Tour.

The FIFA Women’s World Cup champions will play in a game against Portugal on Tuesday, September 3.  The game will be broadcast on ESPN 2 and the ESPN App at 7:00 p.m. CT.

“It’s always fun to play in cities that we haven’t been to that much and with the opening of the new stadium for Minnesota United, it’s awesome that we’ll get to play in Saint Paul this fall in a world class facility that is another sign of the growth of soccer in the USA,” said USWNT midfielder Rose Lavelle. “I’m all in favor of any time we can go to Big-10 country and we’re really looking forward to celebrating the World Cup title with all of the fans in the Midwest.”
