MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin is showing a tough side in making a third trip to the Sweet 16 in four seasons.

The second-seeded Badgers hope to ride the momentum of a come-from-behind win over Oregon in the third round when they meet Baylor on Thursday in a West region semifinal game in Anaheim, Calif.

Wisconsin has shown so far in the tournament that it could beat methodical American and the fast-breaking Ducks. Coach Bo Ryan's team has more offensive options to adapt on the fly.

But the Badgers (28-7) still pride themselves on toughness and defense. They don't often boast the quickest or flashiest players, though they're schooled by Ryan to play with smarts and discipline to handle the physical and mental grinds of the long season.
