15 Ideas For What Should Move Into Duluth’s Old Shopko Location

We have no shortage of amazing businesses here in the Twin Ports. We truly have everything we could ever want or need in the area. However, that doesn't mean we wouldn't love to see an additional business or two to move into the area!

There is prime real estate in the Duluth area right now, namely the old building that used to house Shopko. In 2019, it was announced that all Shopko locations would be closing by that summer. Duluth's location followed suit.

A Spirit Halloween store moved into the area for a few months in late summer and early fall of 2020 but now, with the holiday over, they have closed up shop. This got me thinking - what should take its place now?
