Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure came out in 1989 with it's sequal, Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey coming out in 1991.  I'm a major fan of both films and have been waiting a long time for a third movie which they have been talking about for about 10 years.  The Covid mucked things up and it wasn't possible for me to see the third one, Bill and Ted Face The Music, in theaters.  So on August 28th, 2020, I purchased it on-demand.

I got home from work early that day, poured a cocktail and sat down to see what they had come up with.  I was actually ready to only moderately like it, as the run time was short at only 91 minutes.  That's like a season finale of something, but after all these years waiting, and hoping Reeves wouldn't do it unless it was done right, I couldn't not see it.

The movie was exactly what it needed to be.  Something to complete or at least bring closure to the story of Bill and Ted.  It's cheesy and campy, and it gave me all the feels of the first two films.  It brought back characters from the previous films besides Bill and Ted, and there were some welcomed musician cameos in it.  It probably won't win any awards but it doesn't need to.  If you liked the first two movies at all, you should like this one.  I don't live by it like I should, but it really drives home the idea of "Be excellent to each other".  Something in this day and age that if we all did, would make the world a better place.
