A new restaurant is coming to the Duluth area and it looks delicious! BoomTown will be making its grand debut later this year.

The new digs will replace the old Sunset Bar & Grill, which closed in November of 2018. The big news was shared on the Sunset's Facebook page Tuesday afternoon, writing:

"The Sunset is under new ownership and will soon be BoomTown!"

BoomTown is an upscale restaurant, described as casual with an in-house brewery and a wood fire grill. The chain already has a few locations in Minnesota, with one in Eveleth and another in Hibbing.

The menu includes steak, prime rib, seafood, burgers and sandwiches. It also features special hand-crafted cocktails. (You can see the full menu here.)

As for a grand opening date, stay tuned! As of right now, BoomTown owners say they are eyeing an opening sometime in the Spring of this year. Fingers crossed it is sooner rather than later!
