Charlie Berens Adds Duluth Date To 2022 Comedy Tour
Ope, this is going to be great! Charlie Berens is coming to Duluth on his 2022 comedy tour.
I think I may have manifested this, as I wrote recently about a meet-and-greet event he did at Mall of America. Late last month, he performed at the mall as part of his current comedy and book tour and while there, he rocked some merchandise from Duluth Trading Company.
While Duluth Trading Company is an extremely popular brand found places outside of Duluth, I still couldn't help but get excited. I also got the feeling that he might be coming here soon as he is currently on a tour across Wisconsin.
He announced his tour over the summer at the same time he announced he would be dropping a book called the Midwest Survival Guide. In true Charlie fashion, his tour mostly consisted of Wisconsin dates, with a handful in Minnesota.
Now, he has added one more and it is taking him right here to Duluth! He will be performing a show at the DECC Symphony Hall on Friday, March 25th. The DECC shared the news on their Facebook page Thursday (December 2nd). NiteLite Promotions also shared the news on social media this week, sharing details on their Facebook page as well.
Tickets go on sale Friday, December 3rd. Ticket prices range from about $23 bucks to just under $50 bucks depending on where you want to sit. You can purchase tickets directly on Ticketmaster when they go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. The DECC Symphony Hall is located at 350 Harbor Drive in Duluth.
A few years back, the comedian talked to Ken of The Breakfast Club about the Manitowoc Minute, what happens at one of his live shows and how many duck jackets he owns. You can watch the interview below if you missed it:
Speaking of live shows, another great attraction of sorts is coming to the DECC Symphony Hall. Some cast members of Whose Line Is It Anyway? are headed to the venue for a fun live show in April of next year.
That show will take place on Sunday, April 10th. Tickets for that show go on sale at the same time as Charlie's show, on Friday, December 3rd at 10 a.m. local time. I am excited there are so many awesome shows coming our way!
