A variety of frozen meals is being recalled due to extraneous material contamination.  According to the United States Department of Agriculture, Conagra is voluntarily recalling 130,763 pounds of their frozen, not-ready-to-eat chicken bowl products being marketed under the Healthy Choice label - due to complaints about small rocks being found in them.

While there have been no reports of medical issues or adverse reactions, the company is exercising caution and recalling the products.

The Healthy Choice Power Bowls were produced on January 23, 2020 and bear establishment number “P115” printed on the packaging next to the lot code. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide and exported to Canada.

Here are the specifics:

  • 9.5-oz. cartons containing “Healthy Choice POWER BOWLS Chicken Feta & Farro” with lot code 5006002320, UPC code 072655001800 and a best by date of 10/19/2020 on the label.
