Fairlawn Mansion In Superior Offers Spooky Flashlight Tours

A staple of course is the Haunted Ship which is always a good time and is offering special VIP Tours this year.  A little farther from the area but still worth the trip is a chance to tour what might be the most haunted hotel in Minnesota, the Palmer House.

Another event that is always a spooky good time is the flashlight tours of Superior's Fairlawn Mansion.  One of their next events is fittingly taking place on Friday, October 13th.

On your tour, you get to learn about the ghosts of Fairlawn Mansion and some of the superstition surrounding the historic place.  Tours are about thirty minutes long and you do need to bring your own flashlight.

If you go to this spooky event, keep in mind that it's not recommended to bring children under the age of 5 and the availability of walk-in admission will be extremely limited so if you want to guarantee a spot, they suggest making a reservation in advance.

The event runs from 6:30PM-10:00PM and will only cost you $12 to get in.  While it is in the spirit of Halloween, no full face masked are allowed for safety reasons and they also do not allow any photos or video recording.  Remember that while it's a fun event, it's still a museum and it's expected that attendees follow the rules.  You can get your tickets in advance here.
