First off, I don't really care what anyone's opinion is of getting the vaccine or not.  It's like many things, it's a choice.  We could go rounds all day long on the benefits or possible negatives of getting one of the available vaccines.  Much like politics I probably won't change your mind and you probably won't change mine.

I chose to get vaccinated as early as I could as I have underlying medical issues and for my three jobs, it makes sense to just have it.  My line of thinking also falls into just wanting to get this BS behind us.  I'm sick of masks, and I was sick of not being able to do anything.  As much as I'm a moody prick, I am a social person and especially enjoy concerts and live events.

Yesterday, I went to get a third shot of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. I was eligible, and after my folks just got really sick from COVID even though they had two doses of vaccine, I wanted to get round three.  Some people, including medical professionals are calling it s booster, others are saying it's just a third dose.  It really doesn't matter what it's called though, it's more of the goodie, and I wanted it.

After my second dose, I really felt tired for a couple of days, and was worried about how I would feel after a third shot.  24 hours in on the third round, my arm feels like it's been punched for an hour and I am definitely tired, though not like the last time.  Overall it hasn't been bad and they have the lines and wait times dialed in a little better now.  So it was nice to not have to wait and see the disorganization that was ever present with my first two doses.  If you got a third dose of one of the COVID-19 vaccines, how did you feel after?  You can read more about the Moderna vaccine HERE.
