Do you ever watch shows like 'Survivor' or 'Naked and Afraid' and wonder how you'd do? I always try to picture myself trying to endure what they're put through, and while I think I'd do well overall, there's one thing that would be my Achilles heel.

That would be if I ever had to eat nasty little insects; I just don't think I could do it. I'd be 'Naked, Afraid, and Starving. '

However, we should all overcome any fear of eating insects. That's because a lot of the food people regularly eat in Wisconsin and throughout the country is allowed to contain insects; the amount allowed is determined by the FDA.
