Back in October of 2022, Living Art Tattoo Studio in Duluth announced it was closing their Canal Park location to scale back and be an appointment-only private tattoo shop.  This was a major bummer for Twin Ports area tattoo lovers as they have a lot of loyal followers, and many weren't sure when a new location would open.

The Living Art Facebook Page has been quiet since then until a post from the owner, Chris Owen on January 14th, 2023, which can be seen below:

As detailed in the post, there is a brand-new location for Living Art purchased and currently open for business.  Remember that it is by appointment only but any previously purchased Living Art gift certificates will be honored as they never expire.

Living Art Tattoo offers a chill and relaxed tattooing experience with none of the ego issues you might have experienced at other shops.  Chris has been tattooing since 2005 and while he is versatile in the type of tattoo art he creates; his favorite styles are realism and black and grey.

A huge bonus to the new Woodland Neighborhood Living Art location is the availability of free parking when you are in to get your ink done.  I've personally never been a fan of getting inked and having to run out to plug a parking meter.

Living Art has always been heavily involved in the community as far as volunteering and giving back in any way they can.  It's not just another tattoo shop, it's a local business that is a solid contributor to the community, so it's great to see them back again.
