Minnesota Vikings to Return to Mankato for 49th Consecutive Training Camp

The 2014 Minnesota Vikings training camp will be held again on the campus of Minnesota State University, Mankato; marking the 49th consecutive year the Vikings have made the trip down Highway 169 for camp.

The team will report to camp Thursday, July 24 and hold their first team practice on Friday, July 25. On the evening of Saturday, August 2, the team will hold a special evening practice in Blakeslee Stadium on campus, followed by a team introduction and fireworks. The team will break camp on Friday, August 15, before the NFL preseason heats up.
