It runs through February 11th, ending at 11:00AM and features more than 60 properties across St. Louis County.  There are parcels in Duluth, Aurora, Hibbing, Floodwood, Cook, Chisholm, Virginia, and more. They have everything from wooded lots, to fully cleared ones, and several choices depending on the zoning you are looking for.

Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, this auction will be completely online.  Maybe take an early lunch that day and get your bid on.  Prior to the property auction, you can get all of the details on the parcels up for grabs HERE.  You'll also find any additional recording fees that might come along with your winning bid price as well.

Bidding opened on Thursday, January 28th, and you can get signed up to bid and get more information on what you are bidding on HERE.  I know several people who have been able to snag some really good deals on property through these auctions, some commercial and some residential.  It's worth at least taking a look, you might just find a nice spot to build your dream home or somewhere to start a business.  There may be something at a price that you just can't pass up.
