Steven Tyler is set to release a documentary about his solo project experiences.

Alice Cooper will be back on the road in support of his latest album.

You can't be faulted for thinking rock has lost its edge, but at least one vestige of the music's provocative spirit remains.

Gene Simmons isn't showing any signs of slowing down as he embarks on a solo band tour.  He has already done a few Comic Con dates which I didn't get to.  One of my rocker friends made it to a show though and said if you are at all a KISS fan, you should go see his solo band...

The Foo have been dropping hints of a new album for a while and now it is confirmed and is titled "Concrete and Gold".  Due out on September 15th, it's sure to be just as great as everything else they have released.  Some tour dates have been announced for the states however there are no stops slated for Minnesota as of now...

Due out on July, 28th is a brand new record from Alice Cooper, titled 'Paranormal'.  It will feature 12 brand new songs as well as an option for the 2 disc set, which adds an additional 6 live tracks of his classic hits.   Check out his new single "Paranoiac Personality"...

"Fuel" is off of Reload which is the follow up album to Load and is the first song on the album to kick things off nice and fast.  Metallica has been releasing live and professionally shot video from their current tour, which to me is smart advertising...

The last couple of years especially have been more than sad for the rock world with the passing of the likes of Scott Weiland, David Bowie, and Prince.  Yes there have been more, but you get the point. Last night another has joined the afterlife supergroup ranks, Chris Cornell of Soundgarden and Audioslave is no longer with us...

The Saint Cecilia EP was the latest to come out of the Foo Fighters and that was back in 2015, until Monday night at a benefit.  Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins and Rami Jaffee debuted "The Sky is a Neighborhood" acoustically.  Needless to say for any Foo fan we have been long overdue for some new tunes...
