If you're a certified geek, you'll more than likely love this event happening in the Twin Cities this weekend.

GeekCraft Expo is going on Saturday and Sunday at Minneapolis Convention Center, Saturday's hours are from 10 AM - 5 PM and Sunday will be open from 10 AM - 4 PM. Tickets for the event are only $2 per person in advance and $5 at the door, kids 12 and under are free with paid adult.

The event looks to have about 75 different booths of craft vendors, GeekCraft Expo says everything for sale is handmade and not mass-produced stuff you can find anywhere, oh, and everything is "totally nerdy."

At the GeekCraft Expo you'll be able to find a wide variety of incredibly unique, and limited in quantity handmade items for local and national craft makers. You'll be able to find everything from plushies, jewelry, art prints, candles, and so much more. You can check out their Facebook page for the latest updates and spotlight of the products.

GeekCraft Expo started in 2016 by a husband and wife duo that are themselves geeks, she came from video game maker Ubisoft, and he came from a background of comic book writing for 'Deadpool', 'Wolverine', and 'The Incredible Hulk'. The GeekCraft Expo is held in several cities across the United States including Madison, WI, Portland, OR, and Honolulu, HI later this year.
