Kyle Moody and Mickie Keuning Among St. Scholastica Athletes Named UMAC Players of the Week

Six different athletes from the College of St. Scholastica have been named Players of the Week for the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference in their respective sports.

Kyle Moody earned the baseball honor after hitting .750 (9-for-12) through four games last week; driving in eight runs, scoring four times himself. Moody is a senior from Maple Grove, MN playing at catcher for the Saints.

Mickie Keuning was named Pitcher of the Week after throwing the seventh no-hitter in school history against Minnesota-Morris. Keuning is a freshman from Duluth, MN.

The members of the Saints Women's 4x100-Meter Relay Team were named Athletes of the Week in women's track and field after breaking a program record with a time of 48.96 second to finish second in the contest. The team consists of Laurel Ohaju (Freshman-Duluth, MN), Rachel Thelen (Junior-Park Rapids, MN), Maggie Bair (Sophomore-Ham Lake, MN), and Brianna Buske (Freshman-Bloomer, WI).
