Kombucha is a sweet and often fizzy drink made of yeast, sugar, and fermented tea.  It can have some health benefits including liver function and gut health.  The Duluth Public Library is holding a workshop called "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Kombucha.

On Monday, January 27th, at 6:00PM you can learn about ingredient selection, brewing, fermenting, and bottling Kombucha.  You'll be able to have your questions answered by Lanae Rhodes, a local Market Day artisan.  The event will give you the chance to find out about probiotics, sample flavors, and go home with a list of suppliers and recipes.  Samples will be available while supplies last, and the event is free wit no registration required.

It will be help at The Duluth Public Library Main Branch, located at 520 West Superior Street, in Duluth.
