Mike Singletary Joins The Vikings

Mike Singletary told a San Fransisco radio station today "I will be in Minnesota with Les, I will be a linebackers coach/assistant head coach."  The Vikings have yet to confirm this, but I'm sure it's true.

Singletary was fired from the 49er's one game before the end of the season, him and Frazier are old friends and teammates, with the 1985 World Champion Bears team.

As a Vikings fan, I'm happy about this move, Mike is a motivator and a great coach, San Fran wasn't a good fit for him.  He'll be a great addition and may help the Vikings retain Greenway and Leber, who are both free agents.
