For the younger kids during the day on Halloween, The Duluth Public Library is holding a free story time event with a parade for the younger kids.  For teens though in grades 6-12, they are having a full on Halloween party.

On Thursday, October 31st at 6:00PM the party begins and runs until 7:30PM.  Make sure to wear your costumes as there will be prizes to win in their costume contest.  IN addition to that, there will be crafts, games, various Halloween treats to be had, and even pizza.  It also isn't all night long so still gives you plenty of time to do other trick or treating.

It takes place at the Duluth Public Library's West Duluth Branch which is located at 5830 Grand Avenue.  When you get there, head to the Senior Center Meeting Room for the party.  This event is free and put on by the Friends of The Duluth Public Library.
