Everyday I watch ESPN, but today I had to shut it off, why? Because every time Blake Griffin dunks, everyone wants to talk about it. They say his dunk over Kendrick Perkins last night was the best dunk ever, and in now way is that sentence correct. Lebron over John Lucas III the night before was at least 100 percent better then Griffins.

Ricky Rubio has been fantastic so far in his young NBA career,  but I think if he came over when he was 19-years-old he would have weltered under the NBA pressure. Two years ago the Minnesota Timberwolves could not put together a decent team if their life depended on it, but now after many years of being a doormat for the Western Conference, they are on their way up.

The Minnesota Timberwolves are quickly starting to turn things around, and a key piece of that puzzle is All-Star forward Kevin Love, he and the team came together today on a four-year contract extension that will allow him to become a free agent after three seasons if he chooses.

This week I am taking a different route then normal. I decided that the past few weeks of bashing Minnesota teams was getting old, so this week it will be all about the good things in Minnesota. Today might be the first time you have heard the name Timberwolves and the word buzz in the same sentence since the day Kevin Garnett left, but today I am starting the buzz.
