This annual event is educational and informative for those living with heart failure or those with a loved one who is.  It's a morning of learning about living with the disease, different options in the way of lifestyle changes to help increase quality of life and planning for the future with the disease.  If you are directly affected by the disease, or know someone who is, you probably know a little about the challenges associated with maintaining a lifestyle that helps instead of hinders it.  This is an opportunity to learn more.

There will be a heart-healthy and low sodium complimentary lunch served and it's free and open to heart failure patients, families, and friends.  It's a casual event too, so come as you are.  It's being held at Northland Country Club located at 3901 East Superior Street in Duluth on Saturday, October 26th, from 9:00AM-1:00PM.  You can get more information about this event by calling 218-786-5546.
